Show Information

The arena will be available for hire for flatwork only, no equipment such as jumps/poles available during this hire period.  Please ensure all droppings are picked up before you leave the venue, both on the surfaces and in the lorry park.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Easton & Otley College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
£15/hour per horse (max 5 horses per hour)

Terms & Conditions

By completing a booking, either online, by post or over the telephone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  All bookings must be accompanied with the appropriate fees, paid either by credit/debit card, cash or cheque (made payable to Easton & Otley College).


We cannot offer a refund to anyone cancelling within 24 hours’ notice of their hire booking.

 

Easton & Otley College do not accept liability for injury, damage or loss suffered to anyone hiring the facilities, their horses, grooms, friends, vehicles or property, however caused, and under any circumstances, except proven negligence of the organisers.  Claims for negligence against the College must be submitted in writing on the day of hire.


Correct riding attire must be worn by anyone mounted.  Current BSI hard hats must be worn and properly secured at all times whilst mounted.


The welfare and health of all horses attending any event is paramount.  The owner of any horse deemed to be sick or injured in any way will be asked to remove the horse from the venue.  


Lunging is not permitted on either of the arenas, however the lunge pen can be used by prior arrangement.

 

The College operates an Accredited Trainers Scheme, as such trainers/coaches must be registered onto the scheme if they intend to train/coach any individual who has hired the venue independently.  Failure to be registered on this scheme will result in the trainer/coach being asked to leave the grounds immediately.  For details on the Accredited Trainers Scheme, please email duncan.whitney-groom@eastonotley.ac.uk


Dogs are not permitted on site.


Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.


It is the responsibility of all riders to ensure that the grounds of the venue are kept clean and litter put in the bins provided.  Any person found to be disobeying these rules will be asked to leave the venue immediately.


The College reserves the right to ask any person in breach of these terms and conditions, to leave the venue immediately.


The College reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise.

 


Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking shelters.
