Entries close on Monday 18th May
Late entry fee £2 per class.
If numbers exceed 40 in a class we may split juniors and seniors championships
Tests may not be called for Championship classes.
The use of whip and spurs are permitted for both championship and warm-up classes

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Warm up Entry fee: £12 per class. Late entry fee £2 per class.
Championship Entry fee: £16. Late entry fee £2 per class.

Prize Information

Warm up Rosettes to 6th place
Championship Rosettes to 10th place and prizes in kind

Terms & Conditions

Qualifying Criteria for Unaffiliated Dressage Competitions from 1st September – 17th May 2020
• The top 3 horse/rider combinations must have attained a mark of 63%. • Restrictions for horses that are or have been registered to British Dressage • Preliminary qualification: Not to have won any BD or BE points at time of qualification • Novice qualification: Not to have won more than 124 points at time of qualification • Elementary qualification: Not to have won more than 199 points at time of qualification • In the event that you have gained qualification in more than one different section you may take your place in a MAXIMUM of two of the Championship Classes. • Winning combinations of championship classes in 2019 will not be eligible to compete in the same or a lower level championship class in 2020. • Entries must be received by 18th May 2020 Note: Qualifying cards will be given to competitors who gain qualification on the day of competition. Please register your details with the show secretary and further information and entry forms will be e-mailed out closer to the Championship.

Unaffiliated Dressage Rules and Conditions
• To be run in accordance with British Dressage Rules. • Class sizes will be restricted and entries may close earlier if full. • Please leave an A5 SAE with the Secretary for return of dressage sheets. • All horses and ponies must be four years old and over. • Entries must be received by the Friday a week prior to the event. Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion. Late entry fee £2 per class. • Preliminary tests open to horses and ponies with no BD or BE points only. • All competitors are required to wear headgear that complies with the highest current safety standard. • Start times will be given on the Thursday prior to the event, between 2pm-4pm only on 01452 702397 or online http://www. hartpury.ac.uk/business-and-commercial/ equine-events-and-results/ • Hartpury Equine has a number of indoor and outdoor arenas which will be used for these competitions. • Horses and Ponies MUST NOT be tied to the side of horseboxes or trailers and left unattended – please clear up any mess left by you or your horses in the bins and muck trailers provided
