STABLING – Unlimited on-site stabling will be available at a price of £70 per stable for the duration of the event or £30/night. Hook-up is available at a price of £50 for the duration. o No responsibility can be taken by the organisers for any accident or damage to competitors, attendants, animals, spectators, or their property, or vehicles of any description. By entering this competition, the exhibitor of any horse or pony accepts that Bicton Arena, the organiser or any of the officers of the show will not be held responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever to any persons, exhibitors or their servants or to any animal or article or property brought into the show ground. o The judge’s decision is final. o All show jumping heights are approximate o All competitors take part at their own risk and are expected to exercise due care at all times and obey all notices placed for their control. o Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. o The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, change the arena and / or surface, refuse entry and to cancel a class. o No lungeing on surfaces. o Warm up in designated area only. o Please pick up your muck before leaving. o No horse/pony under 5 years of age may compete (this is 4 years for the Dressage) o Any complaints must be made to the secretary, in writing and within 30 minutes of the incident concerned or 30 minutes after scores are published along with a fee of £25. o Practice fences must be jumped in the correct way as flagged and must not be any bigger than 10cm above the class being jumped. o By entering this event you are agreeing to abide by the rules.

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards”
