Group lessons with Evie O'Keeffe, BHS Trec Judge.

Trec is a sport intended to test the skills of a horse and rider in planning and executing a long distance ride in unfamiliar country. It originatd in France as a way of testing and improving the skills of trail ride leaders, and was introduced into the UK in the early 1990s.

Trec is a great sport that any horse/pony and rider can enjoy. There is the chance to improve and Championships to aim for if you want to, or you can just enjoy exploring the countryside with your trusty steed.

Clinic to consist of groups of 4 working at similar levels. Riders preferred aims of the session should be stated on entry to allow us to put groups together.

Cost is for a 90 minute shared session 
Members: £40.00 
Non-members: £45.00 

If you withdraw after times have been issued, entry fees will be retained by the Club unless the space is filled. This is to ensure that the venue and training costs in running this event are met.

 All riders must confirm to BRC Hat standards (PAS 015:1998 or 2011 or VG01:040: 2014-12) Current BRC Hat tag is aqua (you may have tag from BRC event)

NON MEMBERS need to provide evidence that they have 3rd Party Liability Insurance. Please email a copy of your insurance certificate to the organiser before the event. This can be held on file for future events with the Riding Club
