Starting Times:

The yard has specified that horses need to have a 6 monthly flu vac and we will be checking passports before horses are unloaded.
Riders’ times will be on the BHS Cambridgeshire Facebook page four days before clinic and will be emailed to you. Spaces reserved on a first come bases upon receipt of full payment, no spaces can be reserved without full payment.
Flatwork sessions will be between 10 – 12pm and jumping sessions will be between 12.30 – 2.30pm. You can book 1 flat and 1 jump session in the same day

The closing date if not already full is 7 days before clinic - (late entries after this date, if space permits are £40).

You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BHS Cambridgeshire.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
£35 per 1hr session, advance entries only, maximum 4 horses per session.
You can book 1 flat and 1 jump session in the same day for £60 (same horse and rider).

Please note: Like most horsey events, monies are non-refundable, for any reason if you are unable to attend.

 This clinic is aimed at any horse and rider combination, keen to gain confidence & improve their riding. All abilities are welcome! If you have any questions, please contact Beth at bhscambridgeshire@gmail.com. You don’t need to be a BHS member but do need 3rd party public liability insurance, such as is included with BHS Gold Membership. 

Location - Moats Way Equestrian, Near Huntingdon, PE28 9HH. 

Please note that Moats Way Equestrian follows a 6 monthly vaccination policy for the biosecurity of their horses. We therefore will be checking passports before unloading and will send anyone away who fails to meet the requirements, along with anyone they are travelling with. 

£35 per 1hr session, advance entries only, maximum 4 horses per session. Two sessions can be booked in the same day for £60 (saving £10).
 
Horse and rider combinations grouped according to ability/previous experience. Please state clearly if you require a particular time or wish to ride with a friend. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Children are welcome to participate in the event but must be supervised at all times by their parent/designated guardian. The safeguarding contact on the day is Beth Callus, who is a BHS APC and has been on the relevant safeguarding training. Caroline (Coach) and Claire (Proprietor of Moats Way) are also trained in the safeguarding and protecting of children.
