Entrants who complete the course win a rosette. The entrant who completes the course with the least amount of errors in the optimum time in their section will receive a special rosette at the end of the competition. Should there be a tie then the fastest time will win.
4 sections: under 8 years , 9-13, 14-17 and 18 years and over
Under 8’s may be led but not assisted.
In-hand horses will not be eligible for the special rosette for the overall best

All competition is on grass arenas by kind permission of Will Elliott and Lisa Fahy at Whipley Manor.
Please make all entries via My Riding Life. Links can also be found on the West Surrey Riding club website and face book page.
Classes 4 and 7 to 10 will be split into in-hand and ridden if sufficient entries. Please specify on MRL which section you will be in when entering.

All classes WSRC members £8, non-members £10 per class
Late entry on the day if time/space allows members £10, non-members £12

Terms & Conditions
1. All events will be run in accordance with the current BHS Riding Clubs Rules Book. Callers are allowed in the dressage. 2. A copy of the relevant Rules Book will be available at the Show Secretary’s Office on the day of the show. 3. The decisions of the judges are final. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of £10, which will be returned if the objection is upheld. 4. Neither the organisers nor the owners of the venue accept liability for any claims in respect of injury or damage to any person, animal or property, how-so-ever caused. You are required to ensure you have adequate insurance and liability cover for competing at this level. Qualified club first aiders will be present on the day but competitors are reminded that they take part at their own risk and that any competitor suffering an injury or fall should report to the secretary. 5. The organisers reserve the right to change judges or appoint substitutes and to amend the schedule as necessary. 6. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry made by any persons or cancel any class (refunding all fees paid). 7. Entry fees must be paid at time of entry. No entries will be refunded without a Veterinary Surgeon’s or Doctors certificate. 8. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES. 9. A riding or skull cap complying with at least PAS 015 or higher must be worn at all times when mounted with chin-strap fastened. 10. Misuse of spurs or whips will incur elimination. Use of bad language by a competitor will result in them being asked to leave the showground. 11. All competitors must act in a safe and responsible manner at all times. 12. In the event of the show being cancelled, entry fees will be returned (less £2 per competitor to cover administration expenses). We will endeavour, in the first instance to re arrange the date and re run before making any refunds. 13. All horses and ponies ridden in classes must be 4 yrs of age or over. 15. PLEASE ABIDE BY THE VENUE RULES 1. Ensure you pick up your horse’s droppings from the car park and warm up arenas. 2. No hay to be fed outside lorries. 3. Horses and ponies must not be left alone when tied outside horseboxes or trailers.
