Payment is secure and it goes directly to Quainton Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

£45/hour plus an additional £5/extra horse.

Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
1: The site rules apply to all riders, grooms, owners and spectators and must be adhered to at all times.
2: Entry into a competition or hiring the facilities shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
3: Quainton Stud do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, damage or illness to any person, property or animal whatsoever, or for any loss whatsoever, arising out of, or occurring during any use of the facilities, to the fullest permitted by law.
4: There is a 10mph speed limit throughout the site for the safety of both people and animals.
5: Visitors must remain in the showground areas or on the public footpaths and bridleways and not enter other areas of the stud.
6: Entries are accepted on the understanding that riders acknowledge they are taking part in a risk sport and that they are competent to ride at the level they have entered. Riders must be able to ride in control in open spaces with other horses.
7: You acknowledge it is solely your responsibility to have in place full, comprehensive insurance for your horse, yourself, your transport and any other property that may be damaged as part of your participation. This insurance should also extend cover to all third party and public liabilities.
8: Everyone onsite should take reasonable precautions to prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions by Quainton Stud employees and representatives.
9: Safety - - Hard hats to the current BSI standard must be worn when mounted. - Level 3 body protectors and hats without a fixed peak must be worn when using the cross country course.
10: Quainton Stud reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without explanation.
11: All entry fees must be paid in full by the closing date (where applicable) or on the day of the event.
12: Facility hire fees must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. 50% deposit is required with a completed booking form to reserve the date.
13: Cancellation – must be in writing. - Cancellations up to one month prior to an event incur a 25% cancellation fee or £50 (whichever is greater). - Cancellations made after one month will forfeit their 50% deposit as a cancellation fee. - In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond their control Quainton Stud have to cancel or postpone an event, the hirer will be refunded the amount they have paid prior to the cancellation or offered an alternative date. Quainton Stud will not be liable for any incidental costs. - We highly recommend you take out event cancellation insurance.
14: HORSE CARE - Horses must not be left unattended tied to the side or trailers or horseboxes. - Only horses entered in competitions or booked for hires are permitted on site. - All horses visiting the site must be fully vaccinated in line with BEF guidelines. - Stallions must not be allowed out of vehicles unless they are wearing a bridle and being handled by a competent person. - No lunging in the warm up arenas without the consent of a representative of Quainton Stud. - Horse manure must be collected from car parks and disposed of into the muck heap.
15: CHILDREN - Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
16: DOGS - Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times - It is the responsibility of dog owners to pick up any dog mess (anywhere on site) and dispose of it in a bin.
17: STABLING - Stables must be left mucked out with clean bedding banked to the back and the floor swept. - Please use the designated muck heap. - Keep the stabling areas tidy at all times. - Do not leave unattended horses tied up outside the stables. - Stabling areas marked PRIVATE are not to be entered without the permission of Quainton Stud.
18: EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES - Equipment and facilities must be treated with respect and care should be taken to avoid reckless damage. - The arenas should be kept clear of dung using the bins provided. - Safety cups must be used on back bars of showjumps. - Fences should only be built and jumped in safe manner.
19: SMOKING - No smoking rules apply in all buildings and near any highly flammable materials. - Cigarette butts should be extinguished and disposed of carefully in the provided bins.

Failure to respect the site rules may result in you being asked to leave the site. If you are asked to leave refunds will not be given.
