All tests will be ridden in the Large Outdoor Arena.

Access to and from the Warm-Up Arena will be via the near end of the Lorry Park and then passing around the perimeter of the Small Outdoor Arena.

Maximum of 8 Riders in the Warm-Up Arena at any one time.

Entrance/exit gate must be left securely fastened.

A maximum speed restriction of 5 mph applies to all vehicles.

Horses/Ponies must remain in walk when going to and from the Warm-Up or Competition Arenas.

 

All hay and dropping to be cleared. Tools are provided across the venue.

 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Wey Valley Riding Club.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry fees: £12 members/£16 non members per class.

Late Entries £5 Surcharge (availability permitting).

Prize Information

Points for placings enter Members into the Series Championship.

Special Classes

QUALIFIER SHOW FOR SUNSHINE TOUR 2019

Eligible competitors who are placed 1st to 4th in a qualifier class will qualify for the Championship. Competitors must bring a personal ‘Qualifier Form’ to the show. If placed 1st to 4th, it is up to the competitor to have this form, correctly completed on the day, signed for verification by the Show Secretary.

Refreshments:

Tea, coffee, cold drinks and simple snacks will be available on the day.

 

Withdrawals/Refunds

Please let us know if you have to withdraw for any reason, so that we can offer your place to someone else.

No entrant substitution can be accepted without prior approval from the event organisers.  Please look us up here, under Committee.

No refunds after close of entries.
