Show Information
Closing date, 28th March 2019, please state if a junior rider – all juniors will ride in the same section. Times cannot be changed once they have been published.

CLARIFICATION OF AGES:
Juniors riding ponies/horses. Rider up to 16 years of age and not to have attained their 17th birthday on the first day of the National Championship Show (Finals for Trailblazers to be held at Stoneleigh, 26th July - 3rd August).
Seniors riding horses/ponies must have attained their 17th birthday on the first day of the National
Dressage numbers will be required to be displayed on either side of any horse competing in unaffiliated dressage competitions

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance. To enter:

A: You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Vale View Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

B: Complete the Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable "Vale View Equestrian".

C: Call the office and enter using your credit card on 01664 823739.

Late entries accepted if sufficient space, these will be subject to late entry fee of £3 per class.

Prize Information
Prize money: 2nd Round Qualifier: £20, £15, £10, £8 Prize money: Non Qualifier: £12, £10, £8, £6
Qualification cards for 2nd round must be produced on or by the day of competition.

Special Classes
Finals for Trailblazers to be held at Stoneleigh, 26th July - 3rd August 2019

Terms & Conditions
1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any entries or classes and to change the programme at their discretion. 2. If the entries are limited prize money will be as follows: 1-8 starters 1st only and rosettes, 9-14 starters 1st and 2nd and rosettes, 15-20 starters 1st, 2nd & 3rd and rosettes, 20+ all four prizes and rosettes. 3. Any competitor will be disqualified for dangerous riding or misuse of whips or spurs. 4. The judge’s decision is final. 5. Objections must be lodged with the secretary with a £20 deposit (refundable if proven) within 15 minutes of the class closing. 6. All entries fees are non refundable, unless a vets certificate is presented before the commencement of the class. 7. The organisers, or anyone acting on their behalf, shall not be liable for any accident, damage, theft or injury to persons attending the event or to animals or property however caused. All persons competing do so entirely at their own risk. The submission of an entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these conditions. Dogs welcome but to be kept on a lead at all times. Hot & Cold food & Refreshments available
