Humberstone Farm will accept no liability for accidents or injuries to either horse or rider. Riders taking part do so at their own risk.HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending these events. For these measures to be effective everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Instructions given by any Official must be obeyed. A correctly fitted riding hat to the current standard must be worn at all times by anyone mounted on a horse/pony. Any animal not under control or in any way constituting a danger may be asked to leave the showground. Owners enter their horses/ponies at their own risk, and it is a condition of entry that no liability of any kind attaches itself to Humberstone Equestrian Centre or the show organisers. DROPPINGS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SURFACES THE JUDGES AND ORGANISERS RULING IS FINAL THE SHOW COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRIES WITHOUT STATING THE REASON FASTENED HAT AND CORRECT FOOT WEAR TO BE WORN WHEN RIDING ON THE SHOW GROUND. SMART AND CORRECT DRESS TO BE WORN. NO CLAIM OR CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM ANY INCIDENT, ACCIDENT OR INJURY TO EITHER COMPETITORS, SPECTATORS, THEIR PROPERTY, SERVANTS OR HORSES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE SHOW. NO RUBBISH TO BE LEFT ON THE SHOW GROUND. NO MUCKING OUT OF LORRIES/TRAILERS ON THE SHOW GROUND. ALL OBJECTIONS TO BE MADE TO THE SECRETARY IN WRITING AND ACCOMPANIED BY A £10.00 DEPOSIT. REFUNDABLE IF OBJECTION SUSTAINED.
