Closing Date of entries Saturday 17th November at Midnight
All tests held on Andrews Bowen Arena 80 x 60 with warm up on 25 x 60 Andrews Bowen Arena.
If space permits Late entries will be charged at £3 per class extra.
Late entries will close at midnight on the Tuesday prior to the event.
All entries must be made in advance and paid for online via our website on the My Riding Life App.

Payment Details & Event Fees
All entries in advance. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Cherwell Competition Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Postal Entries to: Cherwell Competition Centre, Hill Farm, Mill Lane, Old Marston, Oxford, OX3 0QG.
Please make cheques payable to Cherwell Competition Centre. For telephone and postal Credit Cards payments there is a 3.35% surcharge.
Telephone entries will be taken at a charge of £2 per class.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Due to rising costs we are no longer able to transfer entries. Entry fees are only refundable with a vets/doctors certificate.

Terms & Conditions
CCC and / or the organising committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition.

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked BS / EN 1384, PAS015 with a BSI Kitemark or prefixed with ASTM with an SEI mark or SNELL E2001 all worn with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress & footwear to be worn. Horses & ponies must be 4 years old and over. Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final.
