12pm – 6pm. THESE TIMES ARE PROVISIONAL and we recommend riders to enter online ahead of the event, allowing us to provide a clearer idea of the number of people taking part and adjust times accordingly. We do not accept entries for a height within 20 minutes of it's scheduled completion, for example we do not accept entries for the 70cm height after 12.30am considering it is scheduled to conclude at 12.50pm.

Show Information
Our 30m x 54m indoor arena with Martin Collins Eco Track will be open for Clear Round Jumping over a course of colourful wooden jumps.
A reasonable number of refusals are allowed, after which time you might be asked to leave the arena to make way for the next combination.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings & Payment in advance. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to North Farm Stud.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Tickets £10 each. Entries will be available on the day – Cash Only.

Terms & Conditions
This disclaimer must be read and agreed to before using the arena.
• Maximum of 3 horses are allowed in the arena at any one time. For larger group bookings please contact arena@northfarmstud.com
• A notice of 48 hours cancellation must be given otherwise a full charge for hire will apply.
• Hire times must be adhered to, if this time period is not respected an additional charge will incured for the time overrun.
• Please only use plastic poles as trotting poles.
• All accidents and incidents MUST be reported to the office on 01488 638243 or directly to Grace Muir on 07770 877543 and an accident form must be completed.
• All breakages must be reported to the office or Grace.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times when on North Farm Stud site.
• There are CCTV cameras installed in the arena for your safety. Any incidents must be reported to the office on 01488 638243. In the event of an incident, copies of the CCTV recordings will be stored electronically at the office.
• A riding hat to the standard ASTMF1163 or PAS 015 MUST be worn at all times by anyone, whether or not you are a competitor or participant, when riding anywhere on North Farm Stud site. The correct riding footwear must also be worn.
• We strongly advise that all riders wear body protectors, this is included in our disclaimer. If you chose not to wear a body protector this is entirely at your own risk.
• No lunging in the arena – we have a separate lunge ring available for hire if required. Loose schooling horses in the Indoor Arena by prior agreement with office only.
• Picking up all droppings is a MUST – please use the equipment provided in the arena to pick up droppings immediately. Failure to do this will result in future bookings not being accepted. The arena is checked after each booking. Droppings must also be picked up from the car park area.
• Please use bins provided to keep the viewing gallery tidy.
• Please return all fences to approximately 90cm/1m and returned to their original position.
• The arena lights MUST ALWAYS be switched off as you leave the arena.
• Upon leaving, please ensure the door to the arena is closed. If you are using the arena outside of normal yard hours (8am – 5pm) please ensure the arena door is locked as you leave.
• No dogs are permitted on the yard at any time.
• No horse/pony to be left unattended unless secured in a lorry or trailer attached to a vehicle.
• Haynets are not permitted to be tied to the outside of vehicles
• All vehicles must be sensibly parked and are left entirely at your own risk – if in doubt as to where to park please ask a member of staff.
• North Farm Stud has the right to cancel any booking without Notice
• Anyone using the facilities at North Farm Stud does so entirely at their own risk and save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of North Farm Stud, it’s owners, servants or agency you agree not to claim for injury, loss or damage caused to, or suffered by, any person, horse or pony, or any other property including vehicles in connection with or arising from any activity at North Farm Stud whether or not the said injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the owners or any other person or thing on North Farm Stud land. North Farm Stud have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone on site. For these measures to be effective everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of North Farm Stud employees or event organisers and all other officials and stewards at all times. We strongly advise that you take out your own personal insurance for both yourself and your horse.
• Each competition will have its own T&C/s on the Entry Schedule
• North Farm Stud is a no smoking site.
• The gates on the private road from the A338 to the stud are locked between 5pm – 8am and after that time the route through Fawley Village must be used.
• If you are using the arena out of normal yard hours (8am – 5pm) please could the last person of your group leaving call Grace Muir on 07770 877534.

North Farm Stud accepts no responsibility for any accident or injury which happens at the stud by any person choosing to use the facilities. In return North Farm Stud will ensure that the facilities are kept in good repair at all times.
