Special Classes
All Classes are TSR Qualifiers for the TSR Showing Finals - This show is a qualifier for the 2018 TSR Showing Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, South, Wales & South West or Scottish. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals!
TSR Riders Finals - 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification card in the ring. TSR In Hand Finals - The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand class. Handlers MUST have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE from the TSR website. Veteran Horse Society – AREA QUALIFIER 2018. First round qualifier for the Veteran Horse Society Supreme Final: VETERAN HORSE OF THE YEAR 2018 Kindly Sponsored by Allen & Page. Open to members and non-members. All competitors and grooms must adhere to VHS Rules in all circumstances. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification. VHS Regional Final qualification. All competitors placed 1st to 4th in each age category will qualify for the corresponding class at VHS Regional Finals. Members must carry their cards in the ring and have their showing card signed by the judge in the ring as proof of qualification. Non-members will receive a red qualification card which can be exchanged for signed showing card when applying for VHS membership. It is the competitors responsibility to present their Showing card to the judge. Regional Finals are open to members only. All competitors are eligible to enter open classes at the National Veteran Championships, September 2018 No qualification or membership necessary. See VHS website for schedule. Terms & Conditions
Quob Stables may live stream or use images for social media during competitions at any point. The submission of any entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these terms unless an objection is lodged with the Show Secretary before the start of the show.

1. By completing an entry, whether online or in writing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All entries or bookings must be accompanied with the appropriate entry fees, paid either by credit/debit card which can be done over the phone 02380694657, cash or cheque (made payable to Quob Stables Equestrian Centre'). 2. Any withdrawals must be made before the close of entries. Any competitor withdrawing after the closing date will not be subject to a refund/transfer of entry unless accompanied by a valid Vet or Doctor’s certificate which must be given to the show secretary. 3. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without reason, to cancel or alter any class, section or competition as they see fit without giving reason. Certain classes may be split if entries warrant. 4. The judge’s and organisers decision is final. Any objections must be lodged with the show Secretary within 15 minutes of the incident and supported by a £10 deposit, which will be returned if the objection is upheld. 5. The organisers, their representatives or helpers do not accept liability for injury, damage or loss suffered by spectators, competitors, their horses, grooms, friends, vehicles or property, however caused, and under any circumstances, except proven negligence of the organisers. Claims for negligence against the organisers must be submitted in writing on the day of competition to the show secretary. 6. All competitors must compete in the declared order. If a competitor does not present themselves to the steward when called they will be deemed withdrawn from the class. 7. Correct riding attire must be worn by all competitors unless stated otherwise. Current BSI hard hats must be worn and properly secured at all times whilst mounted. 8. The welfare and health of all horses attending any show at Quob stables Equestrian Centre is paramount. Any horse deemed to be sick or injured in anyway will be immediately eliminated and the owner shall be asked to remove the horse from the premises. All horses must be 4 years old or over and eligible to compete, with exception of young stock showing classes. 9. If the organisers cancel an event, an administration fee of £1.50 will be retained on all online entries. It is the competitors responsibility to contact the show secretary on 02380694657 to confirm if the event has been cancelled, however status updates will be available from our event listing on our internet site and the ‘Quob Stables’ Facebook page. 10. Lunging is not permitted in any of the arenas at any time. 11. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and remain the responsibility of the owner. If any dog is found loose on the grounds unattended, then appropriate action will be taken. 12. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 13. It is the responsibility of all competitors to please ensure that the grounds of Quob Stables are kept clean and litter put in the bins provided on the premises. Any competitor or anyone attending with a competitor found to be disobeying these rules will be asked to leave the grounds immediately. 14. We reserve the right to ask any competitor or visitor in breach of these terms and conditions, to leave the grounds immediately. 15. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise. 19. Smoking is not permitted whilst mounted, in either the outdoor or indoor arena or within 5 metres of any doorway. There is a designated smoking area outside the reception area.
