It's always awe inspiring to watch the Mounted Police performing at Olympia, and it tugs on your heart strings watching Police horses calmly doing their 'jobs' in the midst of loutish football crowds or riots, would you not agree?
Would you like the chance to see some of those wonderful Police horses, and their riders, in training?
Thanks to Judy Poole, one of our lovely members, who's late husband was a highly respected Farrier at Imber Court, East Molesey, WVRC have the chance to do just that!!!!!
On Wednesday, 27th June we're having a day out to see behind the scenes, visit the stables and watch some amazing training.
The cost is a donation (£10 per person), car sharing for the trip will be offered nearer the day, and we'll have lunch at the Club House too. Sounds good?
I know it's some time off (considering it still feels like we're not out of winter yet), but we have a max of 30 places for this, so suggest you book the day in your diary and on the online booking page now, otherwise you'll kick yourself.
