Now available for hire from 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday
All of our X C fences which have been built to BE standard have now been set up on our all-weather arena’s with different levels, lines and approaches inc steps and a huge water complex this gives us up to 40 jumping efforts.
The course is rebuilt approx. every 2 weeks by our international course builder Angus Smales,
This is perfect for all levels of horse and rider.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings & payment in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System
Payment is secure and it goes directly VVEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment

£30 per horse (£25 + vat) per hour
No more than 4 horses out on the Course at any one time
There is a £10 deposit to be paid by cash on the day this will be given back once arena has been checked and all droppings picked up.

Terms & Conditions
Cross Country Hire Disclaimer Form:
Cost: £25 + VAT (£30). Refundable Deposit of £10 (Poo picking ensured)
Please make sure when using the facilities that the following rules are adhered to:
• An un-mounted, competent adult is in attendance, preferably first aid trained.
• Skull Caps to standard PAS015 or SEI ASTM F1163 04a onwards and SNELL E2001 must be worn. Hats with a fixed peak are not permitted.
• Body Protectors are compulsory
• All fences MUST NOT be moved.
• All droppings must be removed from the arena. Deposit will be refunded after course inspection by a member of staff. (Come to office after finished jumping or please phone mobile No. on the board)
• Any breakages must be reported and paid for.

I understand that I am hiring all the cross country facilities entirely at my own risk and I agree to abide by the rules as stated above:
