The Open Section is open to all; however those ponies competing in either the Open or the Newcomer Section, ridden by Junior members who have not won a total of 500 Points are eligible for double clear qualification for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.00m Championship. Four double clears (subject to revision) to qualify for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.00m Championship at the British Showjumping National Championships. Qualification is Pony/rider Combination. First Rosette in the Pony Newcomers section sponsored by Blue Chip.

Rule 404 & 417. First place rosette kindly sponsored by Squibb Group Horses may only compete in one section. For registered ponies ridden by junior members. Ponies may compete in one section only. The Open Section is open to all; however those ponies competing in the Open or the Foxhunter Section, who are ridden by junior members who have not won a total of 350 Points in the 2014 calendar year are eligible for double clear qualification for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.10m Championship. Four double clears (Subject to revision) will qualify for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.10m Championship to be held at the British Showjumping National Championships 2016. Qualification is Pony / Rider combination. (Qualification period 1st May 2015 - 30th April 2016).

This competition is open to all but for qualification purposes those pony/rider combinations that have been placed in a Winter JA Classic or Pony Show Jumper of the Year will not be eligible to compete in the final. Rule 400 & 287 Single Phase Speed 325mpm Height 1.15m. Four double clears qualifies for British Showjumping National Championships. (Subject to revision)

Show Information
In combined classes ponies may compete in one section only, please state clearly which. These classes will be split if 30 starters or more (other than the British Novice which will be split at 15 or more starters). Two sets of prizes will then be awarded.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries are accepted on the day or you can enter in advance using the Secure Online Entry System.
Pre-entry for the first class is recommended via our on-line entry system.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Weston Lawns.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

BSJA Membership numbers must be provided online or cards presented at time of entry.
We will accept fax entries prior to the show please fax to 02476 319349 – do not forget to include your card details.
Weston Lawns Affiliated Members are entitled to a discount of £1.50 off per class.
BSJA Tickets to ride are available at a cost of £4 each.

Terms & Conditions
Entries in all affiliated classes are confined to horses registered with the BSJA rule 79.
No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers or their property, servants or anyone in connection with the event. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising thereto.
The decision of the Judges is final.
If any person wishes to lodge a complaint, this must be done so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident along with a deposit of £50 (which will be returned if the complaint is upheld).
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, amend the details of the schedule should it become necessary, or to cancel any class with insufficient entries.
Once a class has been entered, refunds will not be given unless in accordance with rule 79.4.
In accordance with BSJA rule 82.21, no member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, leesee, authorised agent or rider to compete (or being prepared to compete) without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk.
In the event of insufficient starters, BSJA rule 76.6 will apply.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and be cleaned up after!
BSJA membership cards must be presented at time of entry.
BSJA tickets to ride are available at a cost of £4 each.
Entries will not be accepted – under any circumstances – without payment.
Prize money will not be paid until payment has been received for entry.
Children must not be left of the premises unattended!
If you are competing at Weston Lawns and have travelled alone, you must notify the Secretary and leave contact details in case of an emergency.
Horses and Ponies must not be left tied up to the lorry / trailer.
Stables must be left clean and tidy with banks up. Only stables booked may be used.
Drawn orders will take place at 4pm the day prior to the competition, withdrawals after this time will be charged the full entry fee. Drawn orders will be posted on our web site by 5pm the day prior to the competition.
