A 3 POINT FASTENING CHINSTRAP SAFETY HAT TO THE
CURRENT SAFETY STANDARDS PAS015:2011, the VG1 01.040
2014-12 and ASTM F1163:04a MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
JUDGES (a) The judge's decision in case of awards is final (b) Judges
may withhold prizes if none of the exhibits are worthy of same (c) No
judge may offer prizes other than which are shown in the
official prize list (d) No person may address the judge whilst adjudicating
unless requested to do so by him (e) any person disputing the judge's
decision, or causing a disturbance or annoyance to the judge whilst
adjudicating shall be removed from the ring or tent.
JUDGES INTEREST IN ENTRIES. Exhibitors are particularly requested
to pay special attention to the name of the judge appointed in the
classes they are entering, and not to knowingly enter an animal that has
been OWNED or BRED by said judge. Where a judge has a continuing
business or financial connection with an exhibitor he/she should NOT
judge an animal entered by that exhibitor.
HATS. Anyone riding a horse/pony anywhere on the showground MUST
wear a hard hat to the standard required by the governing body under
whose rules he/she is exhibiting.
SPURS. Spurs may ONLY be worn by riders 16 years & over.
OTHER SOCIETY RULES Where the Association shall hold a section or
class under the rules
of another body (such as the IMHPS, MHOYS, TGCA, RL, TGCA,
Trailblazers) the rules of such body shall prevail.
REFUNDS. ONLY by producing a VETS certificate or Doctors
certificate. Under NO circumstances will entry fees be refunded in the
case of cancellation of entries by an exhibitor
PHONES. Mobile phones are strictly forbidden whilst in the ring
EQUINE PASSPORTS. ALL equines MUST have a passport (England)
regulation 2004, passports must be with said animal, and be available
for inspection if required/requested. Exhibitors MUST comply with the
current rules & regulations on Animal Gatherings & Movements in force
at the time of the show according to DEFRA & BCMS requirements.
The organisers, Judges & Stewards will not tolerate ANT verbal abuse of
ANY kind.
Any fall of a horse/rider/handler will result in immediate disqualification,
& they will be asked to leave the ring on foot leading the pony/horse out.
The organisers Judges/Stewards/Officials will NOT accept ANY Liability
for Loss/Damage/Accident or Injury sustained or occasioned by any
person, or the property of such persons whilst entering on or leaving the
premises, however caused, and any such person shall indemnify and
hold harmless
