Classes will close on Sunday or when deemed full by H&HRC.
Classes may be split or limited, depending on numbers.
Please dress smart, no need to plait
Competitor numbers will not be issued – please provide your own
To be judged under BRC 2017 rules. Eligibility rules do not apply as we want everyone to Give It a Go.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance please. ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY. If for any reason you are unable to enter online then contact the organisers via DTM@HuntingdonRC.co.uk and we will arrange for entry.
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Huntingdon & Houghton Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information

All classes Rosettes 1st-6th and rosette for highest placed member. ROR and veteran horse Rosettes awarded. Please ensure you declare this when entering.

Terms & Conditions

1. No refunds to be given on the day. Refunds will only be given with a veterinary or doctors certificate presented within 1 week of the event, less administration fee £1.50. 2. H&HRC reserves the right to change, cancel, refuse or restrict a class entry at their discretion and without explanation. 3. First Aid available on site 4. Any objection must be made in writing to the secretary within 20 minutes of an incident taking place and must be accompanied by a deposit of £20, which may be forfeited if the objection is overruled. 5. The Judge's decision is final. 6. No Dogs 7. No mucking out of trailers/lorries to be carried out on the showground or in the car park. 8. Parking of lorries and trailers at the bottom field PE28 4DL and please keep the gates closed. 9. No litter is to be left on the ground, please take it home. 10. Badly behaved or dangerous animals will be asked to leave the showground. 11. Bad language, misuse of the whip and/or spurs will not be tolerated. 12. All reasonable steps will be taken by H&HRC to ensure your safety. Spectators, riders and handlers attend at their own risk. 13. No Horse/Pony to be on the showground under the age of 4 years old. 14. Horses/Ponies are to be sound and disease free. 15. No lunging anywhere. 16. Cantering only permitted in the show ring and designated warm up areas. 17. H&HRC accepts no liability for any loss, damage or accident to persons, animals or property however caused. All reasonable precautions have been taken regarding Health and Safety. 18. Rider to be of suitable size for horse/pony. 19. Hats are to be worn with a harness, adjusted and fastened. British latest standard: PAS 015:1998 OR 2011 provided they are kitemarked or inspec IC marked. VG 01.040: 2014-12 provided they are kitemarked or inspec.
