Entries close Wednesday prior to competition; late entries accepted by phone with
card payment and will incur an additional charge of £2.00 per class.
Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance or on the day if space permits. To enter:
A: You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Vale View Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.
B: Complete the Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable "Vale View Equestrian".
C: Call the office and enter using your credit card on 01664 823739. There will be a £2 surcharge for telephone entries.
Combined Training Classes: £20 per class.
Dressage section only: £12 per class.
Clear Round Show Jumping only (fences at preceding class height): £10 per
round.
Combined Training: 1st £22, 2nd £15, 3rd £10 Rosettes to 6th place
Dressage only: Rosettes to 6th place
C/R SJ: Clear Round rosettes only
Prize money ratio: -5 Starters Rosettes only, 6-10 Starters 1st Prize, 11-15 Starters 1st & 2nd Prize,
16+Starters 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prize.
1. Skull caps to standard PAS105, SNELL E2001 or ASTMF F1163.
2. Show Jumping phase under British Show Jumping Club rules as per the BS Rule Book. Dressage phase under British Dressage Quest Club rules as per the BD rule book.
3. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
4. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any entries or classes and to change the programme at their discretion.
5. Any competitor will be disqualified for dangerous riding or misuse of whips or spurs, or inappropriate behaviour
6. The judge’s decision is final.
7. Objections must be lodged with the secretary with a £20 deposit (refundable if proven) within 15 minutes of the class closing.
8. All entry fees are non refundable, unless a vets certificate is presented before the commencement of the class.
The organisers, or anyone acting on their behalf, shall not be liable for any accident, damage, theft or injury to persons attending the event or to animals or property however caused. All persons competing do so entirely at their own risk.
The submission of an entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these conditions.
