Show Information
Alex is BD Accredited Coach and BD List 4 judge. He has ridden successfully to Intermediate 1 and is a member of the BEF Excel Talent Program. Trained by Gareth Hughes, Alex has ridden different horses successfully from young horse classes right through the levels. His current rides include some super talented youngsters, his own 6 year old Diamond Hill who is competing at advanced medium level, and his top ride Ruben competing at small tour level. Alex is a great trainer - not only charming and good fun but also a great eye for detail.
Alex will supervise and discuss warm-up tactics
Alex will watch and video the rider through their chosen test - you should let us know what test you want to ride so that we can make sure we have a copy.
We will take an iPhone video of the test whilst you are riding and Alex will provide judges commentary to the video which you can then watch again at home or he will judge it with a sheet and provide this as a copy for future reference
Alex will help you trouble shoot some of the issues that came up in the test and go through it for a second time.
