Terms & Conditions
1. The competition will be run under Pony Club Rules 2017 Dengie rules 2016/17 and Addington Manor E.C. Rules. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules. 2. Riders who qualify for both the Winter League & the Open Final in the same year must nominate which class they wish to compete in on the day they qualify so that qualification can be passed down the line. 3. Rider /Horse may qualify for Debut and Winter League SJ in the same year 4. Riders may not compete in both Debut and Open Dengie classes 5. The decision of the judge is final. Objections must be made to the secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the incident 6. Disclaimer of Liability. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of the organisers accepts liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. 7. Hats must comply to current Pony Club 2016 rules. All hats must be White Pony Club tagged by their own branch before the event. 8. Health and Safety: The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all official stewards. 9. The owners have requested that no dogs are allowed on site. Please respect their wishes. 10. All classes will be drawn order. 11. Team entries are to be made by the DC or the team manager only.
