Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Forest Farm Dressage.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
1. Entries close on Friday 18th July 2017 and will be on a first-come first-allocated basis. Entries will be accepted from 1st April 2017. If there are too many entries the last entries received will be placed on a waiting list.
2. Entry Fee for Unaffilliated classes is £14 per class , BD classes are £15 a class, and an extra £4 per class for late entries. Please make cheques payable to Forest Farm Dressage and send to Susie Farnon, Les Villets Farm, Les Villets, Forest, Guernsey GY8 0HP. Any queries call 01481 265006 or 07781 165006. Payments can be made directly via the MyRidingLife.com web site.
3. Times will be e-mailed or available on 01481 265006 on 31st July after 6.30pm.
4. It would be appreciated if each competitor could have a helper to open and close the gate to the arenas and pick up any droppings on the surface.
5. Refreshments and toilet facilities will be available.
6. The Organisers accept no liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, grooms, spectators or any third parties, however caused.
7. No dogs are permitted on the grounds
8. All entries must be accompanied by the correct fees. 75% of the entry fee will be refunded if withdrawals are made before the close of entries.
9. Combinations may only ride a test competitively once a day. Any repeat would be on an H/C basis.
10. Competitors who are under 12 and compete in elementary or above are not eligible for the under 12 classes.
11. .Newcomers is for any competitor who is not a regular Prelim or Novice Rider or has not competed for some time, if you wish for clarification please ring Susie. Any rider that has achieved 68% or over in newcomers is encouraged to move up to Preliminary restricted.
12. Where tests are Open only, depending on entries they may be further split into Restricted or Junior sections. Anyone may enter an Open only class.
We hope the event will be enjoyable and any assistance you or your friends can give would be appreciated. We need help as paddock stewards and scribes and also with judge’s lunches. Please let Susie know if you are able to assist. Cakes would be very welcome!
