Show Information

Entries close: Tuesday prior to the competition
All classes are designed to be “pick a test”. You will need to nominate the test you would like to ride on your entry. Winners will be decided by percentage marks across the various tests.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. On the day entries will NOT be accepted. Online entries preferred. No telephone entries accepted.
You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BEDE Events Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry Fee: £15 per class. £1 of all entries will go to Spinal Research - you can donate further if you wish

Prize Information

Rosettes will be awarded 1st – 6th in each class and prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st 2nd (if over 10 starters) 3rd (if over 15 starters) 4th (if over 20 starters)

Special Classes

We will once again be running the Championship Final; at Belton International in April next year. The qualifying tests for that will be Prelim 18 in class 2 and Novice 34 in Class 4. (marked in red)

Terms & Conditions

CRASH HATS: must be worn with chin strap fastened at all times when mounted. Hats must comply with the BE Hat rules.
In classes 1 & 2 in the event of a tie, the result shall be decided by the judge’s collective marks.
Horses must not have gained more than 20 BD points to be eligible to compete in classes 1 or 2.
Entries are limited and taken in order of receipt.
Any objections must be made within 15 minutes of completion of the class and accompanied by a deposit of £20.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes if there are insufficient entries.
Entry fees will be refunded if entry can be replaced by another competitor.
Horses / Ponies must be 3 years old or over.

LEGAL LIABILITY. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of the organiser, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses ,owners, riders, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
