PYECOMBE AREA TRIAL DRAWN ORDER AVAILABLE IN SECRETARY. Rule 292.. For registered horses in Grades A & B to be ridden by adult, associate or junior members. The best five scores, or, all clear rounds, will go forward to the second round, which will be against the clock. In the event of equality, faults and time will decide i.e. the faster four faulters will qualify. All scores in the first round will be carried forward to the second round. Competitors in the second round will start in reverse order of merit or the slowest four faulter will go first, the faster clear last. If necessary those who do not reach the second round, faults and time in the first round will determine their placings. If a competitor withdraws from the second round he/she will not be replaced and he/she will receive placing from the first round, however he/she will be placed after those who compete in the second round. At least five prizes have to be awarded. Rule no. 293.

Stables are sold on a first come first served basis and must be booked and paid for online. No exceptions.

Shavings deliveries will only be done for pre-booked shavings on Wednesday. NO deliveries during the show, shavings, haylage and feed can be purchased and collected from the saddlery shop during the show 9.30am-5pm.
A clean stable deposit of £10 per stable (cash) will be payable on arrival to the stable manager. You will receive a receipt and this will be refunded on inspection of your stable upon your departure. NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND. If you leave the showground without having your stable checked for your refund, you will lose your stable deposit. All hay, droppings and wet shavings must be removed.

NOTES / SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please state if you are bringing a stallion. All stabling in temporary boxes, we will try to ensure they are not stabled next to mares. Stallions must have electric fencing in stables. All stables are temporary stables on grass.
