Rule 310. Table A7, this class will run 2 phase at this show.. Entry qualifications: to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members. a) For Horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 700 points. Four Double Clears will qualify - in accordance with Rule 310.6. b) For all horses born on or after 1st January 2009, irrespective of Points. Horses will only be eligible for double clear qualification to Second Rounds if they reach the age of seven years or under in the same calendar year as the Foxhunter Final - in accordance with Rule 310.6. Qualified horses are eligible to be entered and to compete in any four of the Second Rounds. 1st 6 Ladies and Gent riders will qualify for South of England Ladies and Gents Championship here in August. 1st 3 showjump and event horses in Foxhunter horses will qualify for R & R Stevenson Eventers Challenge here in August, please notify secretary after class on the day which section you are eligible for.

DRAWN ORDER AVAILABLE IN SECRETARY. Rule 292.. For registered horses in Grades A & B to be ridden by adult, associate or junior members. The best five scores, or, all clear rounds, will go forward to the second round, which will be against the clock. In the event of equality, faults and time will decide i.e. the faster four faulters will qualify. All scores in the first round will be carried forward to the second round. Competitors in the second round will start in reverse order of merit or the slowest four faulter will go first, the faster clear last. If necessary those who do not reach the second round, faults and time in the first round will determine their placings. If a competitor withdraws from the second round he/she will not be replaced and he/she will receive placing from the first round, however he/she will be placed after those who compete in the second round. At least five prizes have to be awarded. Rule no. 293.

Shavings deliveries will only be done for pre-booked shavings on Wednesday. NO deliveries during the show, shavings, haylage and feed can be purchased and collected from the saddlery shop during the show 9.30am-5pm.
A clean stable deposit of £10 per stable (cash) will be payable on arrival to the stable manager. You will receive a receipt and this will be refunded on inspection of your stable upon your departure. NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND. If you leave the showground without having your stable checked for your refund, you will lose your stable deposit. All hay,
droppings and wet shavings must be removed.

NOTES / SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please state if you are bringing a stallion. All stabling in temporary boxes, we will try to ensure they are not stabled next to mares. Stallions must have electric fencing in stables. All stables are temporary stables on grass.
