Entries close the WEDNESDAY before the event.
ON THE DAY ENTRIES ACCEPTED at £25 per Class (Subject to availability)
Competitors per class (approx 30 riders)
Classes 2-4 will all have a timed section to include a gate. Class 1 will be timed from start to finish.
Competitors will be eliminated after 3 refusals at one jump, 4 refusals in total over the whole course or 2 rider falls.
Medical armbands and body protectors must be worn. Please ensure you check the new Hat standards to ensure you are wearing the correct hat.
Light Refreshments will be available on the day.

Terms & Conditions
1. 3 refusals at one fence, 4 refusals throughout the course and 2 rider falls results in elimination. 2. No horse/pony may enter more than two classes. No horse/pony may com-pete more than once in any class. 3. This event will be run in accordance with Pony Club eventing 2016 rules. This includes the wearing of Medical Armbands and Body Protectors by all competitors . Hard Hats Must be worn with chinstrap fastened at all times when mounted. Tagged hats will only be accepted if they have a white pony club tag or red British Eventing tag. 4.Competitors must wear Hats of a similar standard ie: PAS015: 1998 or 2011 with BSI Kite mark,VG1 with BSI Kite mark, Snell E2001 with the official Snell label & number, ASTM-F1163 2004A With the SEI mark, AS/NZS 3838 1998, 2003 or 2006. A jockey skull cap with no fixed peak must be worn for Cross Country, by all competitors. 5. Bagnum Equestrian reserve the right to refuse any entry, alter advertised times, cancel any class or divide a class without stating the reason. 6. The course may be walked from 2.00pm-6pm, Saturday 30th April. 7. £5 deposit will be required for number bibs. 8. Rosettes will be awarded to 6th place. 9. Under no circumstances will entry fees be refunded due to cancellation by competitors (unless accompanied by a veterinary certificate). 10. Bagnum Equestrian Centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry or entries of any person if they shall deem it fit to do so without reason for do-ing so. 11. The judge may disqualify any competitor for misuse of whips or spurs. 12. Dung must not be left in the lorry/trailer park

VACCINATION CERTIFICATES – The Passport/vaccination Certificate must, under penalty of elimination, accompany the horse to all official competitions, the competitor is responsible for producing it on demand.

1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organ-isers, or anyone for who they are in law responsible, neither Bagnum Equestri-an Centre or any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, inju-ry or illness to horses, owners,riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and pre-vent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all offi-cials and stewards. 3. All riders must have their own third party insurance
