Equine Affairs Tried & Tested – Toggi Products

ON TEST : Toggi Parker Indigo
MEET OUR TESTER: Lucy Clement

Lucy competes British Eventing on her 16.0hh chestnut mare Twiz and they have now completed their third season together starting with BE90 (Intro) in 2007, gradually working up to BE100 and in the latter part of the 2009 season achieving their goal of competing at Novice level, finishing 16th at Keysoe.

Twiz is registered KWPN with some excellent thoroughbred lines in her breeding, making her a good event horse.

OUR VERDICT : Toggi Parker Indigo Shirt

This is an attractive shirt, which I took an immediate liking too. The winter berry colours of purple and indigo are offset with a twill winter white placket and collar backing, and whilst the main body material is soft and slightly stretchy making it comfortable to wear, the shirt looks stylish and would carry you from the yard to the shops etc. without feeling the need to change or cover up! The logos really add to the appearance and give a slightly sharper look to a casual design. The sleeve length allows the shirt to be worn with a layer underneath making a versatile option.

The shirt I tested was a size 10 and although I am generally a size 8 the flattering design does not require it to be too fitted and which also allows for under layering.

This is a lovely useful shirt to have in your wardrobe.
