Held at Hartpury University and Hartpury College on Sunday 24th May 2026

These Championships are not affiliated to British Showjumping

Championship Classes will all run under Table A7 unless the number of entries exceed 50, in which case they will run as a single phase. Clear round courses will also be available in a different arena to the championship classes.

 

Qualifying Criteria for Unaffiliated Showjumping competitions from 1st September 2025- 30th April 2026

  • Qualification is awarded to the top 3 horse/rider combinations providing they have jumped clear in the first round.
  • Full British Showjumping members are not eligible to qualify for Class 1
  • Horses registered with British Showjumping who have won more than 125 points at the time of qualification are not eligible for class 2 or 3
  • Ponies registered with British Showjumping who have won more than 300 points at the time of qualification are not eligable to qualify for Class 2 and 3
  • British Showjumping members who are in the Gold League are not eligible for qualification in any class
  • In the event that you have gained a qualification in more than one class you may take your place in a MAXIUMUM of two of the Championship classes per rider
  • Winning combinations of championship classes in 2025 will not be eligible to compete in the same or a lower Championship class in 2026

Late entries may be accepted at the organisers descretion and will include a £2.00 late entry fee. Payments for late entries must be completed prior to the day of the show.

Payment Details & Event Fees

All classes are pre- entry and drawn order. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information

For Championship classes Rosettes are to 10th place and prizes in kind

Prize giving may be mounted or un-mounted - please check with the secretary on the day of the event 

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals made before close of entries will be refunded minus a £4 booking and admin fee. No refunds after close of entries. Entries will be carried over to a future show if withdrawn 48 hourse before times are published, after this time entries will not be carried over. Booking fees are non-refunable.

 

Terms & Conditions

 Showjumping Rules and Conditions:
• To be run in accordance with British Showjumping Rules.

No misuse of the whip, equipment or practice fences will be allowed.

• The committee reserves the right to alter, add or cancel any class, and to refuse any entry without stating a reason.
• All dogs must be kept on leads.

• Horses and ponies must be four years old and over.
• The judges’ decision is final.
• All competitors are required to wear headgear that complies with the highest current safety standard.
• Objections must be made, in writing, to the Secretary within one hour of the incident with a £25 deposit. The deposit is forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
• The number of entries may be restricted for each class.
• Horses and Ponies MUST NOT be tied to the side of horseboxes or trailers and left unattended – please clear up any mess left by you or your horses in the bins and muck trailers provided.
