All Hireling bookings are to be completed by 17:00 Sat 21 Mar 26.
All music files to be handed in to the show office on the morning of Tue 14th Apr on USB stick.
Hirelings to be booked through Elms Farm Riding Academy

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Elms Farm EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry Fees: All classes £18/class unless stated
First Aid: £4/competitor per day

Stabling Information: Yes
Barn Stabling £120 for the duration
Hook Up £80 for the duration
Camping in field (no cost) toilets and showers available on site.
Shavings £11/bag
Haylage £9/bag
