Start the year with a positive clear head and with a simple system to help you build confidence and work with your mind rather than fighting against it.
We are delighted to invite Andrea Lennard from Pegasus Coaching to give us some tools to improve our confidence with our riding, competing, coaching and ensuring we have a clear system and goals. Andrea is a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), Mental Strength coach, Certified Hypnotherapist/ Reiki Master. The talk will be educational as well as giving simple, key tips and techniques that attendees can take away on the day.
Open to everyone who loves horses, is thinking about competing or does compete, about to get back in the saddle or not and is just feeling the January blues
