SHOW JUMPING WITHOUT THE JUMPS! IN HAND OR RIDDEN

HORSES MUST BE OVER 4YRS /RIDER ANY AGE

Times: TBC- not before 11am

Groups: 4 per session- maybe led as long as leader can RUN

What is it?

You will be doing a ‘show jumping round’ but all the poles will have been removed, you will be riding a course without the poles, going through the wings as if you were jumping the round. If suitable poles on the ground or cross poles may be added in during the session but only for those who are happy to have this. IT WILL NOT BE COMPLULSORY

You will then ride a ‘jump off’ through a shortened course

Cost: £15.00 each

Aim of the sessions:

To have fun

To instil confidence, ride a line to a fence, maintain balance throughout, maintain rhythm throughout, accustom horse/rider to wings/fillers/riding in open spaces/riding with a small group/riding on grass

Suitable for: all ages and abilities

Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis and are only secured on receipt of your postal payment and booking form or online booking.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Surrey Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Payment is required at time of booking. We regret we cannot issue refunds unless a doctor’s or vet’s certificate/letter is provided. If you are unable to attend your booked instruction, you are free to find a replacement (as long as it’s a WSRC member and at an appropriate level for the instruction!) and organise reimbursement between yourselves. We recommend using the WSRC Facebook page for this.

All riders must wear hats to the current standard as per the current BRC rule book. Body protectors are strongly recommended for jumping instruction. Please inform the instructor or West Surrey RC if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. All riders are advised to have their own insurance.
