40% ride (manners . movement ) and conformation.

Class 6 - Open 90cm

To be run under Wittering Academy Riding Club rules (hard hats as per BRC rules 2016)
Passports to be shown on the day to check equine flu boosters according to BRC rules.
Dress code
Tweed jacket with shirt and tie is the traditional Working Hunter dress code but as this is a training show normal show jumping competition wear is accepted and will not be marked down.
Body protectors are recommended.
Hats to BRC current standard.
Whips if carried must be short padded whips as per BRC show jumping rules
Tack Rules
As this is a training show traditional showing tack(i.e. brown working hunter saddle with flat leather bridle) is not required, please do no stress about having the right tack to fit in, whatever you usually compete in will be fine and won’t be penalised.
Front boots allowed but not rear boots
Snaffle, Pelham or double bridle- no running gags
No bitless bridles
Running martingales may be used
Plaiting not required
Any rider fall is Elimination from current class. Rider may (at the discretion of the Judge) enter next class after being checked by the First Aider. Judges decision in all matters is final.
