Show Information

This is a chance to hire an AF-ready 20x60 dressage arena ahead of the event itself.  You are welcome to bring your own trainer (please ensure they have adequate insurance in place) and use the warm up arena for as long as you want prior to your arena hire 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

30 mins £20 per slot, 1 other horse at an extra £10 per session allowed - max 2 horses

HATS all riders must wear correctly fitting approved protective headgear conforming to GV1, ASTM, PAS015, SE1 or Snell E2001 carrying the BS kitemark and must be corectly fastened at all times.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 48hrs of your hire. Prior to this we will offer the option to transfer your hire to another suitable date/ time.
Horseboxes to park in the lorry park.
People are not permitted into any other areas of the complex apart from the outdoor arena and to and from the outdoor arena from lorry park.
ARENA TO BE SKIPPED OUT AFTER USE.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE HERE IN PLENTY OF TIME AND DO NOT OVER RUN YOUR TIME SLOT.
