Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Sparsholt College. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Stabling Information: Yes
Stabling is available through Class 0 on your My Riding Life entry - ensure you book for each individual night stabling, (Thurs/Friday/Saturday), you require and include any sundry items (Bedding and Haylage) that you require too. Complete your commentary notes and emergency information details. Stabling is booked from 4pm arrival to 3pm departure the following day, and stables must be left completely clean and empty of bedding on departure. Staff need to disinfect stables between bookings from 3pm-4pm so your co-operation in this matter would be appreciated.
All Prize winners must email show.sec@sparsholt.ac.uk with their bank sort code, account number and name by midday on the Monday immediately following the Show to claim their prize money. If not claimed within 24 hours of the show ending, then prize money is forfeit. Prize money is awarded overall per class according to BD Rule 70 on numbers of starters. Prize money stickers will be attached to winning test sheets.
As per BD Rules 64 and 66. No refunds after close of entries. Withdrawals in writing only.
It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies howsoever caused on the premises • Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted. Helmets must have plain, dark coloured covers • All competitors have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are fit and at an appropriate standard to compete in the event • NO DOGS are allowed on the college premises due to College Farm Policy • NO SMOKING is allowed around the arenas, there are designated areas in the lorry park • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes and refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3.00 per entry form to cover administration costs • All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over • Horses may be ridden once only in each class, with the exception of the PYO • No lungeing permitted • Please use the bins provided for litter and droppings • In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser and Stewards • For the avoidance of doubt and unless explicitly stated to the contrary, medical facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency callout • Horses and ponies tied up outside horse boxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult • All classes will be judged under current BD rules • No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made after entries close • . • First aiders on site, vet on call.
