Once your deposit has been received your entry will be accepted. The deposit will be deducted from your bill at the end of the show, deposits will not be refunded after date of definite entries as the amount is the same as the no show / late withdrawal fee. Should we recieve your withdrawal before the date of definite entries (1st May) we will process a refund of your deposit minus the booking fee. 

Your manure fee listed on the FEI schedul is to remove your muck from our site and not to clear your stable. Failure to clear your stable will result in a £50 clear up fee per stable being imposed. 

Any hook up requested after w/c 13th may not be able to be accomodated.

Entry Fee: Deposit of £220 per horse which must be paid prior to entries being accepted. Deposits will be deducted from the final invoice on departure. Total entry fees listed on the FEI schedule. 

Stabling included in entries, please ensure stables are added when you pay your deposit in order to complete the horse information fields in advance. Please also include any stabling preferences if you wish to be close to another competitor etc. Any preferences given to us w/c 13th May are unlikely to be accomodated. Please note that large boxes will be charged an additional rate.

All riders will receive x 1 BedSoft Bio bale included in their entry. If you would like to purchase more then please book online. Bales are priced at £10 per bale.
HaySoft Original haylage priced at £12 per bale can also be purchased online.
