Starting Times:

Timings: Start times will be available to choose when making your online entry. These will be in 15 minute slots. You must stick to your booked time slot or forfeit your right to ride/drive. There will be a 1-2hr gap between the last rider time slot and the first drive time slot. Arrive in plenty of time to collect your rider number.

Show Information

Online entries close midday on Wednesday 31st July, with late entries available until Friday 2ndth August if spaces allow. 
By kind permission of Lord Mornington, the Fun Ride and Pleasure Drive will take place across approximately 10 miles of beautiful, well maintained tracks through private parkland and open fields belonging to the Stratfield Saye Estate – shorter alternative routes are available. Fun Ride: will take place in the morning and early afternoon, and will also include various, optional jumping lines of cross country fences of varying heights. 
Pleasure Drive: will take place mid-late afternoon.
Onsite facilities: toilets, photographer, First aid cover 

Dress code: Casual. Hard hats  for riders must be worn, and body protectors  are compulsory for all who wish to jump. Drivers/passengers must wear a hard hat. All hard hats must meet the current safety standards. Riders 16yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult either ridden or on foot.

An electtonic declaration form will be sent to you 1 week prior and this must be completed for all atendees. 

Numbers to be collected from the secreaties caravan on arrival. 

 

 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entry Fee: ride/drive £35 per rider/carriage, plus £4 first aid per rider/carriage.

 Attendance rosettes to all riders and drivers

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals/refunds: A 50% refund is available for any withdrawals received up until close of entries on 12pm Wednesday 31st July. REfunds or transferes will onyl be offered if your spce is filled.  If weather conditions are extreme, please check our website for updates or call in case of cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE.

NO DOGS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT. 

All riders/drivers/passengers must ensure they are wearing a hard hat, fastened, at all times when mounted. This must meet the current safety standards.

All riders must wear a body protector if jumping.

All riders must wear the correct footwear for riding.

All riders/drivers must be prepared to set off strictly between the given start times.

All riders/drivers must wear the number provided by the organisers at all times when riding the route.

All riders/drivers must follow the directed route.

Strictly no head cams or body cams to be worn.

All horses/ponies must be a minimum of 4 years old.

All horses/ponies must be in good condition and be fit enough to take part.

All horses/ponies hooves must be shod or dressed correctly.

All tack must be in a safe, serviceable condition.

All horses/ponies must be an up to date annual influenza vaccination.

An adult must accompany all children under 16 years old.

The organisers must be informed of nay change of rider/horse after the entry is made.

The stewards’ instructions must be adhered to at all times for your safety.

Please take all litter and droppings home.

When approaching other riders, please slow to a walk and let them know you are passing.
