Pre entries close 7 days before the show. This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All-England Showground, Hickstead from Thursday 12th – Sunday 15th September 2024. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Show Jumping from Lead Rein to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more, Eventer’s Challenge from 50cm through to 90cm. Qualification: Dressage & Show Jumping 1st – 3rd place; Showing & Eventers Challenge 1st – 4th place. Qualification does not pass down the line. Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance or on the day. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Crofton Manor EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Entry fee: £8.00 pre entry £10.00 on day entry.
1. The organisers & landowners do not accept any liability for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or personal property. 2. No unauthorised persons to enter arenas. 3. Approved Hard hats and appropriate riding clothes must be worn. 4. No horse or pony under 4 years may enter any of the ridden classes. 5. The Judge’s decision is final. 6. No illegal outside assistance by spectators. 7. No horse or pony to be ridden by more than one rider in any one event except clear round jumping. 8. Objections must be made within 15 minutes of the offence and must be accompanied by £100 which will be refunded if the objection is sustained. 9. Under no circumstances will entry fees be refunded due to cancellation by competitors (unless accompanied by a doctor or veterinary certificate). 10. Competitors who enter more than one class which may clash do so at their own risk. Classes will not be held up and no entries will be refunded. 11. Age (where applicable) as of the day of the 1st show of the series. 12. Crofton Manor EC reserves the right to cancel classes if insufficient entries. 13. The centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry or entries of any Person if they shall deem it fit to do so without reason for doing so. 14. Anyone found galloping around the arenas will be asked to leave immediately. 15. The Judge may disqualify any competitor for misuse of whips or spurs. Whips over 30” in length are not allowed. 16. No lungeing. 17. Competitors are responsible for adhering to their start times. 18. Please remove all droppings/hay from the showground 19. All dogs to kept on a lead at all times. 20.
