Training with Fiona Wilson - BD List 1 Judge, Tutor Judge, Stage 5 Performance Coach BHSI You will have an individual 50 minute Training Session with Fiona in our Indoor Arena with 60X20m long arena layout with open boards. All levels welcome, competitive or non-competitive, with a focus on way of going, test riding tactics with an empathy of how difficult it is to ride down the centre line in front of a judge. Dress Code - Smart but casual with approved hat as per conditions of entry. Please, no skipping lorries out in parking area, pick up all horse droppings/hay before leaving and NO DOGS ALLOWED AT ALL.
Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings for training clinics are only refundable/transferrable if before the Closing Date of the scheduled clinic. Refunds will be less the Booking Fee and the Paypal Fee (2.9% of total paid plus 30p per transaction) - Transfers to future clinics can only be made once before the booking has to be used or lost. No entry will be refunded or transferred after the closing date, due to costs associated with booking Trainers/Judges.

- Timeslot requests - all requests will be given equal consideration with us accommodating them as best we can, but there is no guarantee that you will get the timeslot requested.
- The promoters reserve the right to cancel, split or re-arrange any class, and/or the event at their discretion. Entry fees (not including the booking fee) may be refunded less an admin fee totalling the Paypal fee charged for the booking (PayPal Fee is 2.9% of total paid, plus 30p per transaction).
- Correct riding attire must be worn by all Riders. In particular, everyone mounted, whether a competitor or not, must wear an approved riding hat as per British Dressage Rules: www.britishdressage.co.uk/rules. Failure to do so will incur elimination.
- No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, their property, servants, or horses in connection with, or arising out of this event. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such an incident.
- The promoters reserve the right to refuse any entry without giving any reason whatsoever.
- Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
- Lunging is not permitted in any of the arenas at any time.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- The promoters reserve the right to ask any competitor or visitor in breach of these terms and conditions, to leave the grounds immediately.
- The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise.
- Smoking is not permitted whilst mounted, or in either the outdoor or indoor arenas.
- The promoters will be taking photographs and videos during our events and these may be posted on our website and Facebook page and used for marketing purposes.
