From 1st June 2021 two (2) numbers must be worn for all unaffiliated tests (one on each side either on bridle, saddlecloth etc). Venue does not provide numbers please bring your own.

 Unaffiliated dressage classes 1-3 are open to all as normal. 

**Trailblazer Second Round Classes 4-7 are restricted to combinations who have previously qualified at that level at a Trailblazers First Round competition. See further down this schedule for more information***

Unaffiliated dressage open to all. BD rules apply. Classes are open to all. 

Warm up in 35 x 45m outdoor arena.
Competition in 2 arenas in 52 x 80m Outdoor Arena

Payment Details & Event Fees

Early-bird entries close 1 week prior to show. Late entries accepted online, subject to space until 10am on the Thursday before show date (additional £3 per class). All entries to be completed online, no telephone or email entries. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Prestige Equestrian. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information

Classes 1-3: Rosettes to 6th overall. 

 

Qualification classes 4-7: Rosettes to 6th place for each section.

 

Special Classes

Class 4-7 are Trailblazers Championships Second Round Qualifiers.

 Qualification ratios are per the number of starters in each Junior and Senior sections. The qualifying ratios for classes 4-7 are as follows:

Once qualified the rider must present the Qualification Form to the Secretary at the event for signing. After it has been signed it must be returned to the Trailblazers Show Secretary to register the qualification. 

Withdrawals/Refunds

a) No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries. No transfers of entries once times are published.   
b) Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the Close of Entries, and confirmed in writing within 7 days
c) A full refund will be made for horses put on a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place
d) In the event of a competition being cancelled, Organisers are entitled to retain up to £2.50 per horse, per class. The remainder is to be refunded to all entrants, including those who withdrew before the close of entries
e) Competitors on a waiting list who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded

No dogs permitted on the showground.
No horses tied to lorries/ trailers or haynets tied to lorries or trailers.
Two bridle numbers to be worn for all tests, one each side of horse/rider. Please bring your own, venue does not provide numbers. 

*COVID To reduce the time of visitors onsite, please complete your test and return to the lorry park swiftly to un-tack & load up. There will be signage indicating the one-way system in place and hand sanitising stations at key areas.

Warm-up time will be limited to a max of 35-40minutes before you go down the centre line. There will be limit to the number of horses allowed in the warm-up and riders must stay a minimum of three horse lengths between other competitors. Follow all signage on the day or you may be asked to leave.

Score Sheets: Live scoring will be available via our website as normal. The Pavilion will be closed. To avoid waiting around after your test, please bring a stamped SAE for us to send your score sheets by post after the show has finished. These can be left in the box marked "SAE." Note - we will not be providing envelopes/stamps at this time. Sheets will not be released before the end of the class. Once scoring has finished for the class score sheets may be available for collection from the stairs of the office. Please use hand sanitiser before/after.*

Callers are still allowed providing they obey social distancing guidelines and are already in attendance within the permitted spectator allowance. No additional trainers, parents or spectators allowed outside the above guidelines. 

Please help look afer our warm up arena by collecting your droppings using the tools provided. Disposable gloves and/or sanitising stations are provided.
