Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Booking System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to G.W.Equine.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£17.50 per half an hour (for one horse) and an additional £7.50 per half an hour for each additional horse.

No rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice.   

No refunds.

Terms & Conditions
1. The arena is monitored by CCTV.
 
2. Arena lights. Located just inside the left hand side of the entrance doors.   Only middle lights are to be turned on for flat work.  
 
3. Jumps may be set out but must be put away when finished.  
 
4 . All droppings MUST be removed from the arena, pathways and parking area before the hirer leaves the premises. 
 
5. Dogs are welcome but strictly must remain on leads and are NOT permitted in the arena itself. 
 
6. A £50 fine will be charged to those who do not clear up their droppings from the arena pathway and car park.  
 

7. An £80 charge will be applied to anyone not paying for their extra horses.
