Payment is secure and it goes directly to G.W.Equine.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Withdrawals/Refunds

  Please note that no refunds will be made for withdrawals.

If a valid vet's certificate is shown then we will hold your entry for 12 months so you can enter another show at a later date.

Terms & Conditions
Please only arrive a maximum of 45 minutes before your first class starts.
Also, to limit numbers, please ensure only 1 helper (2 for under 18's) attends with each rider. Warm ups will be in the covered arena and the outdoor arena and will be manned to ensure only a max of 5 riders plus one of our stewards to adjust the fences are present at anyone time. Times have been allocated to assist you with this.
We hope that everyone will assist us in making this a successful and compliant event.
 

SHOW JUMPING RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - 

 

1.  Please access Highbrook via the Lyss Place entrance into the lorry park, signposted "Stables".

 

2. Horses/ponies must compete at their allocated time slot.

 

3. No horse/pony under the age of four years may compete, and only horses/ponies competing in the show may be ridden on the show ground.

 

4. HATS All riders MUST wear correctly fitting approved protective headgear conforming to VG1, ASTM, PAS 015, SEI, or SNELL E2001, carrying the BSI Kite Mark, which includes retaining harness secured to the shell at more than two points.  Must be worn and be correctly fastened AT ALL TIMES when mounted.

 

5. HAIR.  Riders must wear their hair no longer than shoulder length, neatly & firmly secured.

 

6.  Correct riding dress, including light coloured breeches or jodhpurs, must be worn.

 

7. All entries are pre-entry. Once classes are full/times published on website, entries will not be refundable under any circumstances unless we can sell your entries. We will operate a waiting list. 

 

8.  We ask you to park respectfully.  No tying up outside of lorries.

 

9.  Please declare to the collecting ring steward before commencing warm up.

 

10. All dogs must be kept on a lead.  

 

11. Please take your litter home with you and use the bins provided.  

 

 

12. Please leave the car park clear of all droppings and hay.  A barrow and tools are provided.
