Show Information

Entries close the week before but will close earlier if reached capacity before then.
Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion.
Late entry fee £3 per class.

Prize money is in the form of a prize money voucher:

1-4 competitors = £0

5-8 competitors = 1st £15

9-12 competitors = 2nd £10

 

13+ competitors = 3rd £5

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.

You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

 

Entry fee: £14 per class. Late entry fee £3 per class.

Prize Information

Rosettes to 6th place.

Prize money is in the form of a prize money voucher:

1-4 competitors = £0

5-8 competitors = 1st £15

9-12 competitors = 2nd £10

 

13+ competitors = 3rd £5

Withdrawals/Refunds

Once entries are closed, entries will not be carried over or refunded.

 

Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued with a valid doctors note or veterinary certificate and subject to a £1.50 booking fee and £2.50 admin fee.
