All classes will take place outdoors in the Waterloo Arena
Timings: Class times will be made available with bridle numbers , on the Thursday afternoon prior to the show. All times are approximate and may be subject to change. No paper numbers will be given. You may use your own bridle numbers, alternatively, remember your number and give this to the steward in the warm-up and you will be called for your round in order. Course walk will be approximately 10-15 minutes before the start of the class.

Show Information

Sections: Junior riders to be 16 or under on the day of competing. Senior riders to be 17 years and over.
Entries: Close of entries is Thursday. We reserve the right to close entries earlier if classes become full.
Dress code: In line with BS dress code 

Times will be released on Thursday 2nd MAy

Class 1A&B are run on a clear round basis
Single-phase event: A competitor rides the full course, going forward to the timed section of the course unless they are eliminated in first round. The judge will signal an elimination by ringing the bell at which point the rider will leave the arena immediately. This may change to two-phase if very large entries.
 

Payment Details & Event Fees

PRE-ENTRIES & DRAWN ORDERS FOR ALL CLASSES. NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry fee £14 for classes 1A, 1B and 2, entry fee £18 for classes 3-7, & £4 paramedic fee per rider

Prize Information
  •  Rosettes will be awarded based on the number of starters. 

Withdrawals/Refunds

In line with BS rules withdrawals received before close of entries can have 50% of the entry fees refunded. After this time, no refunds will be given.  BS WHIPS ONLY

Transfers can only be offered if withdrawals are received in writing before the close of entries. A transfer voucher code will be issued for the value of the class withdrawn, this is valid for 4 months from the date of the original show. This can be redeemed when booking through my riding life.  This must be taken as a whole sum; any difference in fees must be paid for.

Entry constitutes an agreement to be bound by & to abide by the rules and regulations of Wellington Riding.

1) All competitors should wear a correctly fastened hat to the current BSI standards at all times when mounted on the show ground. 2) All dogs to be kept on a lead at all times & are not allowed in the arena. 3) All horses or ponies, when outside the arena, should be moved at walk only, to ensure the safety of all spectators and pedestrians. 4) Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent of guardian over the age of 18 years, who will be fully responsible for their behaviour and welfare. 5) Please note that flash photography is strictly forbidden. Mobile phones should be silenced during competitions. 6) Smoking is prohibited anywhere on site. 7) Please keep the lorry park clear of hay and droppings. 8) The organisers decision is final.

Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a high-risk sport and therefore, Wellington Riding and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, owners or other persons or property.
