Riders can jump all the fences available in the arena which will consist of some show jumps, simulated cross-country and natural fences including water splash and devils dyke (some will be fixed & some will be knockdown fences). Fences will be the same as used in the Arena Eventing shows

Approx 35-40 fences in the arena at various heights from approx. 70/80cm to 1m.

All slots will be shared hire slots to a maximum of 4 horses at one time.
PLEASE NOTE EACH SLOT IS FOR ONE HORSE. If bringing multiple horses, please book slot for each horse.
HATS All riders MUST wear correctly fitting approved protective headgear conforming to current BE rules, carrying the BSI Kite Mark, which includes retaining harness secured to the shell at more than two points and with no fixed peak. Must be worn and be correctly fastened AT ALL TIMES when mounted.
We advise body protectors are worn for your own safety, if you choose not to wear one you accept all responsibility for any injuries on booking.
All breakages must be declared to staff at the tack shop so we can fix them. Please notify us if you notice anything broken. Damage to fences must be reported, you will not be charged.
Due to the season/weather no grass fences will be available only those on the surface arena to be jumped.

By entering online via this system it is deemed you have the accepted the following terms and conditions of hire.
Failure to wear correct safety equipment will void any insurance and result in the rider being ejected from Brendon Stud..
Each booking is for one hour, starting at the time stated in your booking confirmation.
Pre-paid advanced bookings only. NO cash payments/bookings on the day.
Riders must be accompanied by an adult over 18, either on foot or mounted.
No dogs in the arena and all dogs must be kept on leads at all times when on the showground.
Users must thoroughly poo pick during and after using the facilities, forks and skips are provided. Please do not steal the them either!
Please park by the Fred Arena in the car park and enter the Paris arena via the horsewalk between the two arenas and follow the horsewalk and down the slope into the Paris arena.

Bookings and payment in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Brendon Pyecombe.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Each slot is £36.00 per horse. Bookings capped at 4 for each time slot. For example if you are bringing 3 horses you need to book 3 slots please.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not receive any refund or credit on their account.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded in the form of a future booking or refund for the same value as the original booking.

Exclusive hire – Bookings for exclusive hire can be booked for riding clubs/pony clubs/clinics. Please email light16@hotmail.co.uk to book these groups. Full amount payable on booking day, if cancelled at least two weeks prior to the booking no fee payable and if cancelled within one week of hire date then 50% of hire will be payable unless we can sell the booking times to another party/ties.

No mucking out lorries or trailers anywhere on site and please clear up any poo in the lorry park if needed. .
Please do not tie up outside horseboxes (included in our standard T & C's) due to being close to main road.
Riders and their companions must co-operate with other riders sharing the facility.
Any bad behaviour or language towards other users or staff will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate suspension or ban.
Fences must be checked before they are jumped, to check they are safe and the rider understands the obstacle.
Flags must be replaced when knocked out.
Do not jump a flagged obstacle in the wrong direction. Fences that are flagged must be jumped with red flag on the right and are flagged for a reason so they are only jumped one way for safety reasons.
Do not jump a fence with crossed flags.
Do not jump a fence that is beyond your capability.
Brendon Stud & Saddlery reserves the right to close the facility with no notice and stop any current hire, for reasons including, (but not restricted to): Health and safety, adverse weather conditions, emergency circumstances.
Brendon Stud and Saddlery has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the horse and rider. It is your responsibility to take precautions to prevent accidents. Brendon Stud and Saddlery reserves the right to remove riders from the facilitie and hire money will not be refunded.
Brendon Stud and Saddlery does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders or any other persons or property whatsoever. No rider will be allowed onto the course unless these terms and conditions are accepted. By submitting an online entry it is understood that riders/entrants have understood and accepted the above terms

We ask that not more than 8 persons are in one arena at a time including the riders.

Riders need to consider the risk of your activity and ride/exercise where it is safe to do so and within your capabilities and fitness levels for you and your horse, please practice safely and in consideration for others in the arena at the same time
