Entries close 2pm the day before show or when classes are full. Drawn order only. You must make sure you are on time otherwise you could miss your class.

*Please note that outside assistance is not allowed in any classes, and we will not allow outside assistance to be given to any competitor competing in classes 

Payment Details & Event Fees



ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY in advance. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry fees £17 per class. This includes a ringside assistance fee.

Refreshments:

The cafe will be open for food, drinks and snacks 

Withdrawals/Refunds

We are happy to transfer your entry to another show in the event you have to withdraw but we do require a vet or doctors note 

Terms & Conditions

There will be a number of showjumps and x country jumps, with the x country section being the timed part of the course.
Current standard body protector and soft peak skull hat / cap advised to be worn whilst mounted.
