The competition consists of a course of show jumps immediately followed by cross-country fences, and will finish with the last fence as a show jump, the joker fence, which will be set at a discretionary 10cm higher than the rest of the course. There will be a maximum of 20 jumping efforts, 9 show jumping, 10 cross-country fences and the joker show jumping fence. The joker fence is a compulsory fence and must be jumped.
Entries are only accepted once payment has been received via my riding life with 2023 Membership, horse passport and microchip details.
All horses must have valid and up to date influenza vaccinations in accordance with rule G7 of the BRC Rulebook; All vaccinations must be within 6 days of the competition date.
There will be no flu vaccination check on the day. All horses must be registered on the Area 7 Flu Vaccination Database prior to arriving. There will be random passport & vaccination record checks throughout the day.

Attendance at the event assumes that you will compete. Please notify the collecting ring steward if you are Withdrawing.
Times will be given. Please ensure that you are ready to enter the arena to compete on your time. Late arrivals will not be able to compete and will be Eliminated.
Owners and connections of the horse and/or rider are welcome to spectate
Only 8 horses in the warm up at any one time. The collecting ring steward will control this. Please do not enter the warmup unless told to do so. Only enter Secretaries if you have a query, and please wear a mask.
Competitors must wear correct dress and hard hats complying with the BRC rules at all times when riding. Tack is the riders responsibility to ensure they comply with the BRC rules and riders will not compete if not complying.
The decisions of the judges and/or organisers are final. Any objection must be made to the show secretary in writing
