Arena Hire:

Sole use of our indoor school for 1 Hour.  Extra £10 for one additional horse/rider combination - Maximum 2 horses/riders in school at any one time. The school will be set up using 60X20m long arena layout with open boards.  Times will be as per slot booked and must be strictly adhered to.  Warm-up and cool down within your timeslot, no access to outdoor arena.

Please, no skipping lorries out in parking area, pick up all horse droppings/hay before leaving and NO DOGS ALLOWED AT ALL.

Once an entry has been accepted, cancellations can only be made by giving three (3) days' notice ahead of the scheduled hire date.  At this point, entry fees (not including the booking fee) may be refunded less an admin fee totalling the Paypal fee charged for the booking (PayPal Fee is 2.9% of total paid, plus 30p per transaction) or a transfer to a future date can be made, but transfers can only be made once before the booking must be used or lost.  No entry fee will be refunded on cancellation two (2) days' prior to the hire date or after the closing date.

4. Correct riding attire must be worn by all Riders.  In particular, everyone mounted, whether a competitor or not, must wear an approved riding hat as per British Dressage Rules: www.britishdressage.co.uk/rules.  Failure to do so will incur being asked to leave.
5. No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to riders, competitors, their property, servants, or horses in connection with, or arising out of this event.  It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such an incident. 
6. Any damage to the property/equipment of the promoters must be reported and may be charged.
7. The promoters reserve the right to refuse any entry without giving any reason whatsoever.
8. Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
9. Lunging is not permitted in any of the arenas at any time. 
10. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
11. The promoters reserve the right to ask any competitor or visitor in breach of these terms and conditions to leave the grounds immediately. 
12. The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions should the need arise. 
13. Smoking is not permitted whilst mounted, or in either the outdoor or indoor arenas. 
14. The promoters will be taking photographs and videos during our events and these may be posted on our website and Facebook page and used for marketing purposes.
