Non Members Day Fee £5.00 per competitor
First Aid £2.00 per rider per show day

JUNIOR: (under 18yrs on 1st Jan in current year) £20.00
SENIOR: (18yrs and over 1st Jan in current year) £25.00
FAMILY: (with no more than 1 seniors 3 junior members) £65.00

Prize Information
PRIZES: Rosettes 1st- 6th place Traditional monthly points and annual trophies. Should there be sufficient entries CHRC reserve the right to introduce cash prizes for members only

This season many championship shows are open to all without requiring pre-qualification

STARS Champion of Champions – open to club members only qualification based on points and shows attended
Should there be anywhere that requires you to formally qualify then please let us know and we will do our best to ensure we add this to our classes if possible

TSR NAF Five Star Showing Finals
This show is a qualifier for the 2022 TSR NAF Five Star Showing Finals. All In Hand &Ridden classes are qualifiers. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals! The 4 highest placed handlers/riders will qualify in each class. Competitors MUST have their qualification record sheet signed by judge/steward/secretary, sheets are available FREE from the TSR website. Full details at http://www.theshowingregister.co.uk

Terms & Conditions
• The judge’s decision is final. • Any objections or complaints must be made to the secretary in writing together with a deposit of £20 which will be forfeited if the objection is not up held, or is frivolous. The objection/complaint must be submitted within 30 minutes of the incident. • All ages as of the 1st January in the current year • Show jumping classes will be judged under BSJA rules. • Maximum of 3 competitive jumping classes per horse/pony. • Please use litter bins provided. • All dogs must be kept on a lead and poops scooped. • The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend a class at any time. • Excessive use of artificial aids or abuse of horse/ponies will not be tolerated, any person seen to be doing so, will be asked to leave the showground. • The club or its officials cannot be held responsible for damage loss or injury to persons or animals due to accident or any other cause. • The organizers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey instructions of the organizers. • Correct attire and footwear must be worn at all times when mounted. • Hard hats to be worn at all times with chin strap securely fastened all current standards to be met – See BRC website for guidance or visit our website and the link BRC Hat Info on the downloads page • Fall of rider. Rider will not be allowed to remount and will be asked to leave the arena on foot. • All annual trophies must be returned in a clean condition – no later than 6weeks prior to the presentation. Penalties will apply to those failing to do so. • No horse/pony to be entered twice competitively in any one class. • Lead rein ponies must compete in snaffle bits • The Committee reserve the right to decline membership and access to the grounds, events and facilities should the need arise
