Show Information

Entries close on the Monday before each event.
Each class, EXCEPT Walk and Trot classes will have an OPEN and RESTRICTED section.
Restricted sections are for combinations never to have been placed 1st - 3rd in a dressage competition at that level.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Stourport Riding Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

£14.00 per test. £1.00 extra for caller

Prize Information

Rosettes will be awarded to sixth place in all classes.

Entries for Competitions
All entries are to be made online via our website. We will not be accepting any entries on the day for any of our competitions.
Any changes to your entry must be made before the close of entries. Refunds for withdrawals can only be honoured before the close of entries.
Times for the Competition will be available on our website. Competitors
If you or any member of your household is feeling ill or showing any signs of Covid-19 please do not attend the centre.
Riders may be supported by ONE other person. ONE additional person is admissible for every additional horse entered.
Travel to the centre should be done alone, or with a member of the same household. Please ensure that you regularly clean your vehicle to maintain sufficient hygiene standards.
Riders under 18yrs are limited to one additional supporting parent/guardian per child.
Providers of commercial transport must remain within the vehicle and take no part in the equestrian activity.
Only the riders and permitted supporters can attend. The general public, friends and other family members are not permitted.

Arrival At The Centre
Please park ensuring sufficient space between vehicles. This is to allow social distancing to be adhered to.
Whilst hand sanitiser will be sited around the centre, we ask that you bring your own sanitising solutions to be used regularly. The sharing of tack or equipment is prohibited between competitors.
The Café will be open during the competitions. Social Distancing must be adhered to at all times.

Social Distancing and Hygiene
Social distancing of 2 metres must always be adhered to.
We recommend that face masks are used.
Tacking up is to take place within the lorry park.
Dogs are not permitted on the site.
Please bring your own water for your horse.

Warming-up and Competing.
You are only permitted to warm-up 40 minutes (For Dressage) and 15 Minutes (For Show Jumping and Showing) before your competition time. Please do not come to the warm-up arena early. If you do, we will have to turn you away.
Your helper may watch from the outside of the warm-up or the Indoor Arena. They are not permitted to enter the outdoor arena.
Please return directly to your vehicle after your test, round or class.
Results appear live on our website. When you have finished your last test, we politely ask you to vacate the centre as soon as it is safe to do so. This is purely to ensure the number of people on site is kept to a minimum.
Please leave a self-addressed envelope so we can post your sheets back to you. Please add sufficient postage to include a rosette. We will only hold your sheet for a maximum of one week after the show.
Prize money will be paid electronically where applicable.
