Please contact your branch PC with specific queries about eligibility for entry to classes. 
Late entries (except for classes 1 and 2) taken on the day, £2.00 extra per class, numbers permitting. Late entries will be drawn first in classes. Please note that in previous years these classes have all been full and we have been unable to take late entries on the day please check BEFORE travelling.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Teams £10.00 per team (in addition to individual entry)

TEAM ENTRIES
If at all possible we would like team entries in advance please because we will try and jump teams together if we can but we can only do this if we know who is in which team. The easiest way to do this is for there to be a separate e mail setting out which horse/pony/rider combination is in which team. We will try to accommodate last minute teams if we can but we cannot guarantee to do so.
NO TEAM ENTRIES/CHANGES ONCE THE CLASS HAS STARTED.

There will be an additional fee of £4.00 per competitor for Paramedics.

Stabling Information: Yes

£15 for day stable, £40 for overnight stabling.

Prize Information

AWARDS: An unmounted presentation will be held for each class as soon as the results are available. Please could prize winners present themselves in correct riding dress to receive their awards.
TROPHIES: Keeper trophies in all classes
ROSETTES: to 6th place in all classes for individuals and 4th place for teams

Paddocks cafe open throughout show hours serving a selection of hot and cold food, drinks and snacks.

Terms & Conditions

1. The competition will be run under Pony Club Rules and the Pony Club Winter series show jumping and dressage rules 2. The decision of the judges and stewards is final. They reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any part of the competition, or to refuse any entry without stating a reason. 3. Objections must be made in writing and handed to the Secretary within 30 minutes of the incident, together with a fee of £100, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld. 4. No horse or pony under 5 years may compete. 5. It is regretted that entry fees can only be refunded after the closing date upon production of a Medical or Veterinary Certificate. In the event of cancellation the entry fees, less the retention of £2 to cover costs will be returned on receipt of a stamped self addressed envelope. 6. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. 7. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all the Officials and Stewards. 8. All competitors must be suitably dressed in correct riding attire and hats approved to the current Pony Club/Riding Club/BHS/BE standards and shall be worn correctly fastened at all times when mounted. It is strongly recommended that body protectors are worn when jumping. Only blunt spurs without rowels or sharp edges may be worn. If the spur is curved the curve must be downwards. No Hackamores allowed. Riding/Jodhpur boots must be worn for all classes 9. Dogs must be kept on short leads at all times 10. Riders are requested to ride sensibly at all times and to respect the land upon which they are riding. Anyone galloping a horse on the showground may be asked to leave. 11. Entry to this competition constitutes acceptance of the rules and conditions as set out in the schedule Paramedic Services, Refreshments and Photographer on site during competition hours.

2. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
3. The organisers will not be held responsible and accept no liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, rider, spectators, vehicles or their contents and accessories, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. It is a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify against any legal action arising from such incident.
4. All competitors must be suitably dressed in correct riding attire to current British Safety Standards. Riding / Jodhpur boots must be worn for all classes. 
5. Horses & ponies tied to lorry or trailers must not be left unattended.
6. Please ensure the area around your horsebox / trailer is clean and tidy. Droppings collected and not swept onto or left on BFEC. Please take litter home or use the bins provided.
7. Children must be supervised at all times
8. Whilst outside arenas, horses and ponies should be moved at a walk only.
9. There is a vet on call. The expense of any veterinary services rendered either on or after the show must be borne by the competitor or owner of the horse / pony.
10. No dogs allowed, other than in Lorry Park Only and MUST be on a lead at all times
