Also any two double clears from any International Trial or Area Trial or classes 1.40m or above in the qualifying period will qualify for the Final. Double clear qualifications will not be obtained from one round competitions (e.g. Table A4 or Table A (1 Round)) Rule 284.3: All competitors in the 1.30m section jump the first round. All obstacles on the course are then raised and competitors in the 1.40m then jump the first round.

Stabling. Due to the current restrictions, all stabling must be booked with entries, AND NO LATER THAN THE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES. We will operate a waiting list after this date. All stables will be pre allocated so you must tell us if you would like to be near when you book.

Duration stabling only. There will be no refunds on stabling after the closing date - No reselling of stables will be allowed, but if you contact the Arena UK office we will do our best to resell.

No subletting for unused nights. Stables will not be bedded down, Shavings and haylage must be pre ordered and will be delivered to your stable before you arrive.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Affiliated shows are required to repay 50 % of the entry fees in respect of all entry cancellations which are received by the Show Organiser not later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first affiliated competition of the show is scheduled to start except in those circumstances outlined in Rule 79.5.

Terms & Conditions
• Entries All entries must be made in advance using our online system, www.myridinglife.com. All classes will be drawn order and no amendments will be made on the day.
• The cut off for any new entries is 48 hours before the first day of competition. Changes to existing entries can be made up to 5pm the day before competition. The indoor Show Office will be open allowing 2 people in at once.
• Stabling. Due to the current restrictions, all stabling must be booked with entries, AND NO LATER THAN THE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES. We will operate a waiting list after this date. All stables will be pre allocated so you must tell us if you would like to be near when you book.

• Parking On arrival at the show, all entries will be checked at the gate. No admittance to anyone not on the start list. No exception.
• Parking attendants will allocate a parking slot in accordance with social distancing regulations (minimum of 5m between each slot). Tacking up must take place within your designated parking area.
• No cars will be admitted to the Stable Field, and no spaces can be saved for friends. If you want to park horseboxes together, you need to arrive together!
• Practice Arena, each collecting ring will have 2 sections one for flat work one for jumping.
• The Warm up will be monitored by a steward/marshal to ensure that all riders adhere to these restrictions at all times. This steward/marshal will help riders with practice fences.
• Social distancing guidelines must be adhered to during course walks.
• Ponies will jump at 2 minutes per horse. One competitor to be in the ring at any one time.
• Designated cool down areas will be provided in the stable fields. Practice arenas not to be used for cool down. Please return to designated parking area or stable to untack.
• No prize-giving will take place in the outside arenas. Rosettes can be collected from the show office. Results will be posted online.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitors and spectators and must be adhered to at all times. Entry into any competition, including the hire of the Centre, shall be deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Arena UK Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry/hire without stating the reason, and to cancel the competition and all rights of admission.
Any person causing any damage, disruption or unwanted behaviour will be asked to leave the premises and will not be permitted to participate any further in the show.
Arena UK Ltd do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, damage or illness to any person, property or animal whatsoever, or for any loss whatsoever, arising out of, or occurring at any competition, show or event. It shall be a condition of entry/hire of the Centre that each entrant shall indemnify the organisers against any legal action whatsoever arising from any accident.
All competitors and attendees must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the officials and stewards.• Parents or guardians are deemed responsible for their children and they must be supervised at all times.
Please also note that the Collecting Ring area is for the purpose of warming up. It is strictly not a viewing or standing area, nor is it to be used by anyone other than those entered in the current class.
BRITISH STANDARD APPROVED HARD HATS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED. Full and correct attire must be worn by all competitors when competing or hiring the Centre. For show jumping all competitors and grooms, when mounted, must wear a British Standard skull/hard hat, which must be fastened. Failure to do so will incur elimination.
Any individual seen to be causing distress or suffering to any animal will be asked to leave the Showground and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Any persons responsible for a stallion must ensure that they are secure at all times including within the stables and the collecting ring, and correctly displaying the appropriate FEI approved ribbons and discs.
All horses and ponies competing or using the Show Centre must be fully vaccinated against equine flu, and must not have had any vaccination in the 6 days prior to attending.
Horses and/or ponies must not be left unattended at any time when tied outside Horseboxes or trailers.
No lunging in the arena or collecting ring.
Competitors are requested, prior to leaving, to clean up any droppings, hay, straw or shavings from around their horsebox/trailer and to dispose of these at home
Dogs must be kept on leads AT ALL TIMES and must be cleaned up after. Failure to do this will result in you being asked to leave the Showground.
It is recommended that all vehicles are fitted with a fire extinguisher.
Arena UK reserves the right to alter any schedule at any time without prior notice. Closing dates for all shows may be altered if the classes are full
All entry and hire fees include VAT@20%. All entries and hire fees must be paid for in full prior to leaving the Centre. A £15 administration fee will be payable on any outstanding accounts or dishonoured cheques, plus interest.
No entry or stable fees will be refunded.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the stable area and in all buildings. Cigarette butts must be disposed of safely and in the bins provided.
All vehicles should be parked sensibly and enough room must be left for emergency access.
Any competitor who is considered by the organisers, stewards, judges to have received outside assistance without prior permission, will be eliminated from their Class.
The decision of the Judge on the day in all classes will be final.• Photographs will be taken at Arena UK by a professional, licenced photographer who has been approved by ARDL. Arena UK Ltd reserve the right to use these photographs for advertising purposes to promote future events. No other photographers are permitted to photograph the event.
Formal objections must be made within 30 minutes of event, accompanied by a deposit of £100, forfeited if the objection is over ruled.
There are no entry refunds on the day of the show. Any chances must be made the day before by 3.00pm.
Covid 19 refund policy. To receive a refund after a Covid 19 close contact or self-isolation due to Covid symptoms you must provide a copy of your NHS Track and Trace notification and/or your PCR code confirmation
